I've considered breast implants on and off for years, but I doubt I'll ever do it. And I love scars, so I'd never get them removed. I can't really think of anything I would definitely want to do. 

Definitely A Dance with Dragons. I finished A Feast for Crows this summer and have been waiting to read the next installment of the Song of Ice and Fire series ever since!
